Thank you for expressing interest in your child/children attending the 2024 United Way of Southwestern Indiana K-Camp. K-Camp is a FREE kindergarten readiness program that occurs during the summer; Chandler and Oakdale (May 28-June 21) and EVSC Locations (June 3-28). Children will learn things like adjusting to a classroom setting, practicing following directions and rules, working on skills such as recognizing shapes, letters, counting and writing their names. Bus services can be provided to and from camp if needed, but is not guaranteed. K-Camp is a wonderful opportunity for children preparing to enter kindergarten in the fall of 2024, with no prior preschool experience. Few requirements are your child/children must be potty trained and is 5 years old on or before August 1, 2024.
